Before you launch
This is a starter terms template, not legal advice. It requires review and adaptation by qualified counsel before you offer Homer to customers.
The service
Homer helps users analyze explicitly shared work sessions and draft content grounded in visible session evidence. AI results can be incomplete or incorrect; users must review all moments and posts before sharing them.
Your responsibilities
Only share screens and content you have the right to process. Hide credentials, personal data, confidential customer data, and other sensitive material. Do not use Homer for unlawful activity or to process another person’s screen without authorization.
Subscriptions
The Free plan has usage limits. Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Pricing, renewal timing, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules shown at checkout apply. Access changes follow verified Stripe events.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, and company identity must be supplied by counsel before launch.
Termination
You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, threaten its security, or violate these terms.
